Varroc Opening a State-Of-The-Art production Hall in Nový Jičín - 7,200 sqm hall brings 350 high value added jobs
Nový Jičín, May 17, 2019 – Varroc Lighting Systems, one of the world leaders in the field of exterior lighting systems production for the automotive industry, celebrates the opening of a new hall for manufacturing rear lamps and fog lamps. The 7,200 sqm hall brings 350 jobs. The hall's capabilities meet the highest standards of production logistics, automation, and safety in the Moravian-Silesian region.

The new manufacturing facility is one of the most modern and specialized workplaces in not only the region but in the whole of the Czech Republic. Built in the trend of industry 4.0, it brings together automated lines and employees' intelligence. The M8 hall was designed to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and cleanliness standards, while still allowing flexibility and variability of production.

The M8 Hall features a total area of 7,200 square meters and includes injection molding machines, plating machines, welding processes, and assembly lines. The company expects that M8 Hall will reach full production capacity in one year. The new facility will produce rear lamps and front fog lamps with an annual production capacity of about 1 million pieces.
